What makes tile cleaning and grout cleaning so difficult?
Grime, dirt, and contaminants build up on your floors over time, making your tiles look dull, and causing the grout to darken. Regular do-it yourself cleaning methods simply can’t get at the built-up, ground-in dirt that has settled in hard-to-get places. Dirt trapped in the pores of tile and grout is especially difficult to remove with traditional cleaning solutions.
Honu Clean uses powerful truck-mounted cleaning system that safely cleans tile floors, showers, and countertops by quickly removing grime and dirt. Our tile cleaning and grout cleaning process uses heat, a specialized cleaning solution, and vacuum power to remove the dirt that homeowners can’t.
Honu Clean’s tile cleaning process includes several steps to clean and renew your floor. First, our professionals apply a non-toxic cleaner that covers the floor completely. After a short dwell time, the solution is scrubbed in using a professional floor machine. The cleaning solution helps loosen stubborn grime and dirt from the tile and grout. Then, Honu Clean uses a very hot and high water pressure and powerful vacuum to remove the dirt, which flows into our truck-mounted cleaning machine. We do not leave excessive water on your tile floors. Depending on the floor size, this cleaning can take one or two hours. Next, we dry the floor with powerful air movers. Then, we’ll do a final inspection to make sure you are fully satisfied. The last step is the sealing. If you are satisfied with the work, Honu Clean can seal the floor to secure it against stains. Afterwards, you can maintain your floor to preserve its condition.
After cleaning your tile and grout, we offer a penetrating sealer to protect your tile & grout against mildew, staining, and the wear and tear from everyday use.
